The Position

As a key part of our kitchen brigade, your day could include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting a range of dishes with precision and pride

  • Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations in fast-paced event environments

  • Collaborating with a passionate team to deliver retail, corporate, or fine dining experiences

  • Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all times

  • Helping bring to life unique menus and innovative culinary concepts

  • Working across a calendar of diverse events – from daily operations to show-stopping occasions

The Person:

  • Trade-qualified chefs or cooks with experience at one or more of the following levels: Commis, Demi, CDP, Sous, or Head Chef

  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays

  • A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills

  • An understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen best practices

  • A passion for great food, creativity, and continuous learning
