We’re seeking a Part Time Commis Chef to join our corporate hospitality team. Work Tuesday to Thursday (24 hrs/week) preparing food for events. Roster varies 6am–6pm across breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with potential for extra hours.
The Position
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food for events and buffets
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving supplies
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with company protocols
- Contribute to menu planning, catering for special dietary and cultural needs
- Support event planning and provide excellent customer service
The Person
- Strong knife skills and food prep experience
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
- Must pass a valid Police Check
