THE POSITION

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Boardroom, Cafe, and Pantry services.
• Foster a high-performance culture through service and food innovation.
• Coordinate event services from booking to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols while monitoring financial performance.
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance evaluations.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

THE PERSON

• Proven relationship management skills with confidence in communicating with local and global stakeholders.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate catering environment, with at least 2 years as a supervisor.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for quality.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost reduction.
