The Position

Based in Perth WA, this exciting leadership opportunity to join our Health and wellbeing team - Tastelife.  The Program Manager is responsible for driving client and customer engagement, consistent program delivery and program growth, through the design and delivery of impactful wellbeing programs and services.

Reporting to the National Manager Health & Wellbeing, the focus of your role will be:

  • Business Development (Growth, Retention and Market Leadership)
  • Customer Experience, Activations and Engagement
  • Business Transformation (Innovation & Customer Experience)

The role will also drive cross sector strategy development and supporting the growth of the Tastelife program.

Beyond program management and growth, the role is accountable for meeting financial targets, managing supplier and contractor/consultant relationships, and developing strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. The position also plays an active role in contributing to the broader Tastelife strategy, helping to sustain the organisation’s market leadership through innovative, purposeful engagement.

The role will be based in Perth but will be required to travel to sites frequently to develop strong relationships with site teams our clients and employees.

 

The Person

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience in project mgmt., public health, sales and marketing or innovation and technology
  • 5 + years’ experience working in project planning, business development, community or event planning or similar position
  • Prior experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • High level interpersonal skills including a proven capability to work in a manner consistent with Compass Values and Behaviour
  • Experience with or passion for promoting community and social engagement and cultural diversity and inclusion
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current health promotion theory and evidenced based practice
  • Demonstrated ability to needs assess, implement and evaluate wellbeing intervention strategies 
  • Flexibility in work hours/roster and available to travel Nationally as required

Desirable

  • Proven capability in developing, delivering, and evaluating community engagement projects.
  • Background or experience in health and wellbeing or delivering health and wellbeing programs
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen including ability to support budget requirements
  • Skills in Adobe Suite and MS suite
