We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to drive accuracy and compliance in our supply chain by owning and optimising Managed Order Guides, ensuring they align with approved Sector Specifications. This is an exciting opportunity for a 06-month Fixed-Term Contract, with the potential for extension. 

 

THE ROLE

The Order Guide Admin role purpose is to execute and ensure the Managed Order Guide process. This position will be held accountable for the content of each designated managed order guide and be expected to ensure the purity in relation to the approved Sector Specifications. Candidates must possess analytical and communication skills and be self-starting, able to manage entire processes.

Main responsabilities:

  • Own and manage assigned MOGs (Menus of Goods), ensuring that only Sector-approved items are included and maintained
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sites regarding SKU additions and New Product Requests (NPRs), overseeing the end-to-end decision-making process
  • Collaborate proactively with the Foodbuy Procurement team on NPRs, and liaise with supplier representatives when required to ensure timely and accurate product updates
  • Analyze and interpret reports, providing insights to support product and operational decisions
  • Communicate Menus of Goods updates effectively across the business in alignment with the Foodbuy Communication Framework

 

THE PERSON

  • Analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexible and proactive attitude, with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience working in cross-functional or project team environments

Desirable

  • Experience in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Culinary qualifications (e.g. Qualified Chef or formal culinary training)
  • Procurement experience or a CIPS qualification
  • Exposure to order guide management or supplier engagement processes

 

Please note: This role is preferably based in Brisbane, though Sydney and Perth may also be considered.
