The Role!

We are seeking an experienced Venue Coordinator for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney!

Key Duties:

  • Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions
  • Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders, floor-plans and invoicing 
  • Work co-cooperatively with the rest of the operations and kitchen teams in regard to handing over functions to ensure seamless delivery
  • Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback
  • Working directly with preferred suppliers where required  
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team and drive for success 

About You!

    • Proven experience in event coordination, venue management, or a similar operational role.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
    • Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, catering, and event technology is advantageous.
