$77K + 12% Super

THE POSITION

  • Lead a premium corporate catering operation as an experienced Sous Chef in central Brisbane.
  • Full-time role suited to chefs who excel in fast-paced, professional environments.
  • Oversee fine dining, executive catering, and high-end corporate events for a prestigious client.

THE PERSON

  • 5+ years’ experience in senior kitchen roles, ideally in corporate or high-end hospitality
  • Proven leadership in running daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Creative flair in menu planning with a strong focus on local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
  • Ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team
  • Strong hygiene, food safety, and stock control skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and a polished, professional manner
  • Budgeting and cost control experience, plus confidence using digital systems (e.g. ordering, payroll)
