Reporting to Jo Kirwan, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, managing the talent review process, including succession planning, talent assessments, and identifying high-potential employees. This role is critical in ensuring that the organisation has a robust talent pipeline and that employees are developed and prepared for future leadership roles, supporting the organisation’s long-term success.

What We're Looking For
