From oil rigs in the North Sea to floating facilities across the globe, we provide essential workplace services that keep offshore teams productive, safe, and supported.
The Position
- Lead daily operations on an offshore marine facility, ensuring all service areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards
- Manage all back-of-house logistics including procurement, rostering, payroll, waste management, stock movement, and cleaning schedules
- Interface with key clients on contractual KPIs
- Computer literate and comfortable using Compass Group systems for reporting, ordering, stock control, and compliance documentation
The Person
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site leadership role
- A strong internal reputation of minimum 12 months and understanding of our culture and standards
- Proven knowledge of hygiene standards, chemical handling, and back-of-house operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team
- Australian Residents or individuals with full working rights to work offshore are eligible to apply
- Must hold valid marine offshore certifications
