ESS delivers comprehensive multi-service support to major companies and organisations operating in some of the most remote and challenging offshore environments. The Position

• Lead daily operations on an offshore marine facility, ensuring all service areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards
• Manage all back-of-house logistics including procurement, rostering, payroll, waste management, stock movement, and cleaning schedules
• Interface with key clients on contractual KPIs 
• Computer literate and comfortable using Compass Group systems for reporting, ordering, stock control, and compliance documentation

The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site leadership role
• A strong internal reputation of minimum 12 months and understanding of our culture and standards
• Proven knowledge of hygiene standards, chemical handling, and back-of-house operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team
• Australian Residents or individuals with full working rights to work offshore are eligible to apply
• Must hold valid marine offshore certifications
