Regional Executive Chef
Role - overseeing culinary excellence across ESS West portfolio and reporting to the General Manager - Operations. This is a hands on role to provide coaching and mentoring of the site based culinary teams across multiple locations. This role is Perth based.
Roster - 8/6
Requirements - Trade qualified (Cert IV or internationally recognised qualification), strong leadership skills demonstrating the ability to build teams, mentor and coach, 10 years culinary experience and ideally 2-3 years remote experience. A working knowledge of Compass systems would be preferred. The ability to write reports and build presentation packs for clients.
Salary - $160,000 inclusive of superannuation
