We’re seeking Trade-Qualified Refrigeration Technicians/HVAC Professionals for a permanent, full-time role on a 14/14 days-only roster. You’ll work on installations, maintenance, and repairs of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems at our 3,000-room Olympic Dam site. FIFO from Adelaide (60-minute flight) or DIDO options for local residents.

The Position

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring reliable building and engineering services in a dynamic environment.
• Perform refrigeration maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, breakdowns, planned works, and diagnostics.
• Maintain and repair air-conditioning units and commercial refrigeration systems across the village, housing, and mine site, including kitchen facilities.
• Prioritize urgent tasks, meeting strict response times and rectification deadlines.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and safety standards while delivering best-in-class facilities management practices.

The Candidate

• Australian-recognized Trade Certificate in Refrigeration/HVAC.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Full ARCTICK Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence, and White Card.
• Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Desirable certifications: CPR, LVR, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, HRWL–EWP.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
