• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and deliver premium 5-star service.
• Serve food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, keeping quality and presentation on point.
• Keep work areas clean and organised at all times.
• Handle payments accurately using POS systems.
• Help set up and close down service areas as needed.

The Person:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or bartending, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proactive approach to all things safety: procedures, plant, premises and most importantly people.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the Australian Open period.
• Certification in responsible service of alcohol in Victoria (RSA) and Food Handling Certificate.
