The Position

• Assist and oversee the efficient preparation and presentation of the food production for the boarding, retail and functions activity across the campus
• Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, training & liaising with the client
• Producing a wide variety of culinary offerings in line with current food trends and a focus on ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
• Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standard
• Liaising with client and other key stakeholders across the business to understand the scope of work required to achieve our partnership objectives 
• Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness 

The Person 

• Chef trade qualifications with a minimum of 5 years industry experience at senior culinary level, ideally from a similar background or multi site operations 
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service 
• Experience with full P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills 
• Previous experience and understanding of a bulk cooking environment
