The Position:

• Utilise your beverage service skills and knowledge serving our customers
• Drive exceptional customer service to a prestigious customer base
• Point of sale operation and precise stock taking
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are applied daily
• Customer focused – forward facing first point of contact

The Person:

• RSA with previous bar experience
• Be eager to share your passion of wine and fine dining
• Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and great communication
• Ability to work as the business requires – weekends, weekdays, AM/PM, public holidays and functions
• Can-do attitude and enthusiasm for outstanding service
