THE POSITION
- You will be required to communicate with different stakeholders in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Ensure communication links to internal and external service providers/contractors are maintained at all times and that requests for services are dispatched immediately.
- Capture details relating to complaints and feedback, building defects & damage and security activities.
- Take accurate messages, repeat back to caller and dispatch, and allocate jobs within allocated time frames.
- Capture details relating to complaints and/or feedback.
- Delivering great customer service.
THE PERSON
- Experience in a high-volume contact centre/call centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, including the ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
- Highly developed computer skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proven experience working in tight reporting deadlines and busy workloads.
- Proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Flexible to work across a rotating roster.
