THE POSITION
- Play a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day catering operations
- Plan and execute a seasonal grab n' go and la carte menus, drawing upon local providers for inspiration
- Providing onsite catering whilst offering support to the function and events operation
- Mentor an eager team of culinary enthusiasts
- Stock control and budget management, including labour and wastage
- Champion our safety-first culture
- Be flexible in delivering menus according to dietary requirements
THE PERSON
- Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery
- Previous experience as a leader and enjoys creating a positive work culture
- Culinary background in restaurants/ functions and events
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Medium level of Computer literacy
