We are currently expanding our leadership team and recruiting a Minesite Operations Manager to support our Offshore & Remote portfolio across the West Coast. The “ESS” portfolio is a division of Compass Group that provides a range of support service solutions to the resources sector, particularly remote mine sites and offshore oil rigs. 

THE ROLE

The primary purpose of the Minesite Operations Manager’s role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and delivering business outcomes. The Operations Manager is required to provide leadership and management support to Minesite Managers for the achievement of agreed targets, to develop and maintain a safe operation and to enable attraction, development, and retention of the best talent in the industry.

The role exists to oversee all Minesite front of house Operations, providing the operational leadership that delivers sustainable results by exceeding consumer and client expectations through.
