Chefs & Cooks

• Above award wages & sign on bonus
• Full time, part time and casual positions
• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and experience in bulk cooking
• Understanding of HACCP, allergen management and food safety
• Passion for quality, fantastic presentation, and detail focused
• Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Food & Beverage Attendant / Kitchen Hand

• Full time, part time and casual positions
• Hospitality experience – food handling experience a plus
• Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required

Bar

• RSA or willingness to obtain one 
• Bar experience beneficial
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
