THE POSITION 

• Carry out catering control procedures (portion control, stock control, food storage)
• Develop menus and meal plans to meet dietary and cultural requirements
• A dynamic role that requires the ability to work across a variety of venues with indoor and outdoor events
• Fast paced and customer interactive
• Experience in a fast food environment and/or function and events
• A love of fresh and quality food

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
• Food Safety Supervisors training
• A good understanding of operating a catering operation within strict budgetary constraints
• Driver’s licence preferred
• Available to work a range of hours including weekends, public holidays and some evenings
