Catering Supervisor
$30ph + Super
Holiday Inn Express,  QLD Sunshine Coast 

• Breakfast Supervisor 6am-11am 
• 5 days a week, flexible roster days
• 24 hours a week up to 32 hours per week

THE POSITION

• Suitable for experienced operator looking for work-life balance or a step up for those looking for a career in hospitality management. 
• Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
• Assist the Cook with daily operations
• People management and team development
• Liaise with the client to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
• Handle administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and tracking performance, as well as other office software for scheduling and coordination.

THE PERSON

• Own reliable transport is preferred 
• Experience in a food and retail environment with a customer focus an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Safety mindset
• Over 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
