• Monday to Friday - minimum 25 hours per week 
• Corporate Site - Corporate Hours 

THE POSITION

• Preparing high-quality meals for a corporate environment
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assisting with menu planning and execution
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Experience in functions and events, in house catering - high end casual dining 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in food preparation
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control 
• Availability Monday to Friday - minimum 25hours per week
