The Position

We are currently sourcing for an experienced Concierge based in Sydney CBD on Full time basis! Showcase your premium experience in our corporate sector!

• Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
• Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
• Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
• Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
• Able to stand for service periods, welcoming guests - concierge duties

The Person

• Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
• Excellent communication skills and Administration experience
• Impeccable personal presentation and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and a proactive thinker

*Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check (National Police Check) may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
