Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Manager Operations Support to join the team at our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane.

  • Based at Cannon Hill Location
  • Monday to Friday role,
  • Possible offering as a work from home Hybrid role to the right candidate

THE POSITION

  • Lead and manage an effective team.
  • Be a positive ambassador for the company reward and recognition programs.
  • Train and Develop employees.
  • Recruit and induct staff
  • Ensure compliance and reporting provided to sites
  • Assist with HSEW requirements for Chemical Risk and other HSEQ Registers
  • Provide advice and support to Senior Management in regard to Client(s) contractual and systems compliance requirements
  • Provide Monthly Performance Reports for Clients by the due dates
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for the Central Administration Support Centre
  • Support other team members of the Central Admin team in high workload times and absences
  • Ensure all financial reports and claims are submitted by the due dates
  • Manage the development and reviewing QMS and Great Safety workplace procedures and work instructions.
  • Travel to site to fill in for site staff or mobilise new contracts
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

THE PERSON

  • Microsoft Office suite experience and high level of computer literacy
  • Experience with database and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of Pronto especially in the application of Service or Facility Management - desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team Player and able to work autonomously
  • Flexible approach and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to site as required
  • Facilities maintenance experience preferable
  • Strategic and commercially savvy, with a passion for innovation and service excellence
  • Skilled at building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
