THE POSITION

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
• Food preparation
• Customer service and using point of sale
• Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively
• Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 

THE PERSON

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Experience in comparable environment 
• No public transport - car required. 
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
