The Position: 

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an F&B Supervisor at Melbourne Park. From our dedicated conference and event space; Centrepiece you will be leading our F&B teams to deliver unforgettable experiences to all of our guests. This is your chance to work at one of the most iconic venues in the city! 

F&B Corporate Supervisor:  

  • Supervise and lead a team of F&B staff, ensuring efficient operation under your supervision. 
  • Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability meets customer demand. 
  • Report on store performance and provide feedback to senior management. 
The Person: 
  • Proven experience in hospitality corporate management, with a track record of successfully leading teams. 
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
