The Position:

  • Support Retail Manager with daily outlet operations and front-of-house coordination in a high-volume environment
  • Lead, mentor, and train the team to deliver friendly, efficient service while fostering a positive work atmosphere
  • Optimize team rosters to enhance revenue and productivity
  • Address guest feedback promptly to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Follow safety protocols, report hazards, near misses, or accidents to maintain a safe workplace

The Person:

  • RSA certification and police check essential.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's food and beverage trends.
  • Passionate about coffee and skilled in staff training and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading team briefings for up to 12 members.
  • Well-groomed, and professional.
