The Position:

• General supervision and event support
• Guide and lead the team throughout their shift 
• Staff training and mentoring 
• Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
• Career progression is at the forefront of this role as there is opportunity for exposure to all elements of the business.

The Person:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Must have full Barista experience
• 5 Star service Standards
• Knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety
• Previous experience in café food preparation is required
• Prior leadership experience is a must
• Functions experience advantageous
• Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills.
• Blue Card required
