With business expanding in our Restaurant Associates portfolio, a niche role has risen for a Catering Food Program Manager at our progressive technology client’s new premises in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Our client is a renowned leader in digital social media, innovating inspiration and ideas in all facets of life. It takes great pride with being creative and revolutionary, making it a global brand leader in this space. We are excited to be inducting them into Restaurant Associates here in Australia.

You will be a personable, dynamic, passionate and creative leader of our innovative and Diverse Food Program delivering memorable food experiences, where no day is the same, along with a strong events and functions background.

Thriving on client and customer interaction, you’ll exceed our client’s expectations through flawless service standards and exceptional organisational skills. This position would be a great next chapter for a highly skilled culinary operator looking at taking the next step in their hospitality career.

Key Duties

  • Stakeholder management and client engagement
  • Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
  • Driving operational efficiency to maximize financial results without compromising quality
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce new ideas and concepts that enhance the client’s experience

The Person

  • Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with an eye for details and strong organisational skills
  • Hospitality and service is engrained in your DNA with experience in creating and delivering high profile events
  • Love creating memorable experiences through food
  • A real passionate foodie with a flair for innovation and presentation
  • Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
  • Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
