ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

As the Administration Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating rosters, flight bookings, financial transactions, and reporting—while mentoring a small team and maintaining high standards of customer service.


THE POSITION

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to site operations, including timesheets, rosters, flight bookings, and reporting.
  • Manage financial transactions such as petty cash, invoice reconciliation, and month-end procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, clients, and internal stakeholders.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 3 years experience using INX Inflight accommodation management system.
  • Supervise and support the administration and reception team to deliver high-quality service to residents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and general office administration.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Formal qualifications in business administration or related field.
  • Experience working within the resources or hospitality sectors.
