• $28.00 / hour + Super
• Mon - Thurs 7.30 am - 3.30pm, Fri 9am - 6.30pm with the ability to pick up more hours.

The Position

• Baking sweet and savoury morning and afternoon tea items
• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
• Work with a small and supportive team
• Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
• Monitor stock and minimize wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Assisting with retail, lunch and dinner functions.
• Work largely within school hours, school term time and spend time where it counts - with family

The Person

• Working with Children Check is essential, or ability to obtain
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Superior knife handling skill 
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Experience in a similar position advantageous
• Eye for detail and great with time management
• Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
