ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are gearing up for a new site mobilisation mid-September in Dubbo NSW & are looking for reliable & experienced team members to join us in various hospitality & administration roles

• 14 days on / 7 days off roster
• Chefs FIFO Sydney
• All other roles Drive in Drive Out
• Competitive salaries starting from $79,989 – $90,508 annually
• Supportive, professional team environment

The Position

• Chefs – Bulk cooking experience & cert 111 Commercial Cookery required
• Hospitality Allrounders – work across kitchen, housekeeping & Bar
• Site Administrators – must have booking/admin experience + Cert 111 Business Admin or similar.

The Person

• Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
• Experience in Hospitality, food service, bar & retail, or housekeeping
• Must hold a White Card
• Must provide valid Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Allrounders must have a reliable car & driver licence to travel to site
