THE POSITION
- Produce buffet offerings for hotel guests
- Early mornings up to 4 mornings plus some weekend work
- Bulk cooking for up to 500 guests
- Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording
THE PERSON
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- Breakfast, catering or buffet experience
- Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
- Administration skills for ordering, food safety, stock management
