THE POSITION

  • Produce buffet offerings for hotel guests 
  • Early mornings up to 4 mornings plus some weekend work
  • Bulk cooking for up to 500 guests
  • Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 

 

THE PERSON

  • Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
  • Breakfast, catering or buffet experience
  • Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
  • Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
  • Administration skills for ordering, food safety, stock management
