We’re on the hunt for an experienced Chef to join a premium corporate catering operation in the heart of Brisbane. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end dining experiences.

You’ll join a team of culinary operations for a prestigious corporate client, focusing on executive catering, and polished corporate events—Monday to Friday, with occasional evening functions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in kitchen roles, ideally in a la carte with some experience in catering and functions 
  • Focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Creative flair in presentation with a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients
  • Strong hygiene, food safety, and stock control skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and a polished, professional manner
