Our Talent Team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader for a 9 month secondment cover, to drive our talent acquisition strategy and build a diverse, talented workforce in our Offshore and Remote Sector. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring processes, developing your team, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

The Position

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.
  • Oversee compliance, due diligence, and data protection throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with Compass Group’s brand values and employer branding in all recruitment activities

The Person

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment within a complex business environment.
  • Proven track record in developing recruitment strategies and managing effective campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a recruitment team.
  • Skilled in building talent pipelines and utilising diverse sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in behavioral interviewing, skills-based hiring, and assessment methodologies.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and analytic
