We are currently seeking a motivated and career-driven Unit Manager – Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality or site-based career and develop into a Unit Manager role.

About the Role

As a Unit Manager – Trainee, you will work closely with the Site/Unit Manager to learn all aspects of managing daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in leadership, financial performance, compliance, and team development while supporting the smooth running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of site operations

• Assist with leading and supervising team members

• Monitor food safety, workplace health & safety, and compliance standards

• Support rostering, labour control, and cost management

• Deliver high levels of customer service

• Assist with reporting and administrative duties

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or site-based operations

• Strong communication and leadership potential

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Organised with good problem-solving skills

• Committed to safety and compliance standards

• Flexible and willing to learn
