THE POSITION

• Contribute to menu ideas
• Monitor stock and minimize wastage
• Adhere to hygiene standards and follow proper food handling practices

THE PERSON

• Hold current Australian Working Rights 
• Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• WWCC & NPC: Be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check and a National Police Check
