EOI – Electricians & Leading Hand Electricians 

At DELTA FM, part of Compass Group, we deliver exceptional facilities management services built on safety, reliability, and teamwork. We’re seeking qualified Electricians and Leading Hand Electricians to join our team at a mine site in Dubbo. 

The Position 

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on site infrastructure 

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly 

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards 

• Lead and mentor team members (Leading Hand role) 

• Coordinate with other trades for seamless operations 

The Person  

• Current Unrestricted Electrical License 

• Strong knowledge of compliance and safety standards 

• Ability to work independently and lead small teams 

• Experience in industrial or mining environments
