The Position: 

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems 

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections 

• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults efficiently 

• Supervise and support team members (Leading Hand role) 

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards 

The Person: 

• Trade qualification in Refrigeration/HVAC  

• NSW Restricted Licence 

• Current Refrigerant Handling License 

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills 

• Leadership experience for Leading Hand role
