ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We’re currently experiencing a significant growth phase in the remote sector in Wellington, NSW. As a result, we are currently looking for expressions of interest for the following roles:

The Positions

• Chefs – Full Time, working a roster 5 days on 2 days off (Hourly rate $29.22)
• Breakfast Cook – Perm Part Time, working 4 days on, 3 days off (Hourly rate $28.17)
• Casual Cooks - (Hourly base rate $28.17, + Casual loading $35.21)
• No accommodation provided - must live locally to Wellington + surrounds
• Must have one transport to and from work
• Residential positions only, residents of Wellington, Dubbo + surrounds encouraged to apply

The Person

• Experience in Cooking and food safety standards
• Chefs must have minimum Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
• Must have current drivers licence and reliable transport as these are residential roles
• Ability to work on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug / alcohol screen
