We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities. 

The Position

We are looking for a number of experienced, passionate Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Holiday Inn Express - Little Collins!

• 6am to 10.30am shifts 
• Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
• Temperature checking
• Maintaining the service area to high standards
• Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Showcase excellent time management skills

The Person

• Previous experience in similar role, environment 
• Basic kitchen skills highly regarded 
• Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
• Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
• Outgoing personality with great communication skills
• Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
