Warehouse & Logistics Manager

DeltaFM are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to support our Hard FM contract across multiple regional sites. This role oversees warehousing operations, stock control, logistics, asset management and client interface, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and contract compliance.

THE POSITION

• Leading daily operations across three regional warehouse facilities, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient logistics and compliance with contract requirements.
• Managing inventory, freight coordination, asset audits, reporting and allocation of materials to maintenance work orders.
• Working closely with DeltaFM Operations, Maintenance Managers, Client Representatives and Compass Support Services to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Preparing monthly performance reports, supporting contract reviews and contributing to continuous improvement across warehousing and logistics.
• Maintaining safe systems of work, upholding Compass HSEQ standards and promoting a strong safety culture across all warehouse activities.

THE PERSON

• Minimum five years’ experience in warehousing and logistics management, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and understand contract requirements.
• Confident leading teams, managing performance, coaching staff and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Customer focused with the ability to build productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working within mining or heavy industry environments.
• Proficient with warehouse and procurement systems, with PRONTO experience highly regarded.
• Full Australian working rights, current driver’s licence and ability to pass pre employment medical and compliance requirements.
