The Role: Become our Jaleh Champion
This position is all things Jaleh—Compass Group’s core Menu and Recipe Management system. As a vital component of our broader MyFood Program, Jaleh empowers our chefs to innovate, streamline, and elevate the dining experience.
Your systematic approach will directly support kitchen efficiency, streamline ordering, and leave a lasting impact on our culinary success across the precinct.
Key Responsibilities:

Master the Jaleh System: Own and maintain the master data within the Jaleh program, ensuring the catering teams are provided with clear systems, standards, and processes that improve collaboration and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Culinary Leaders: Work side-by-side with the Levy Executive Chef team in the culinary office, actively supporting all administrative, entry, and structural updates required for the Jaleh and MyFood programs.

Recipe & Product Accuracy: Ensure the correct person is building all recipes accurately, auditing data entry, and validating that the correct products are assigned to the correct menus.

Optimise Efficiency: Learn and implement SKU optimisation strategies through Jaleh, directly contributing to streamlined chef ordering efficiency and kitchen cost control.
The Person

Culinary Background, Administrative Mindset: A qualified chef (Chef de Partie level) who thoroughly understands kitchen operations, products, and workflows, but thrives in a structured, office-based administrative environment.

Impeccable Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for data, layout, and system compliance, ensuring recipes, dietary tags, and operational guidelines are 100% accurate.

Systems Savvy: Highly comfortable utilizing technology, spreadsheets, and complex recipe management software to organize and audit large volumes of menu data.

Strong Communication & Time Management: Ability to manage tight deadlines effectively and work collaboratively with multiple senior chefs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
