- $34 hourly base rate + 12% super + weekend penalty rates

The Position
- Assist and oversee food production and menu-based catering for 102 residents in this modern aged care facility.
- Ensuring all OH&S compliance is achieved, adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures
- Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
- Assist with rostering, ordering, stock control and other administrative duties related to a senior chef posit
- Mon:0600-1400, Tue:nil, Wed:nil, Thu:0600-1430, Fri:0600-1400, Sat:0600-1400, Sun:0600-1400
The Person
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience with cooking healthy and nutritious food in bulk quantities
- Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
- Aged care experience preferred / good understanding of IDDSI and the preparation of texture modified meals
- NPC: Able to obtain a National Police Check
