The Role

You will be the star of our morning rush, delivering exceptional service and perfect pours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service while managing high-volume coffee orders
• Ensuring every customer receives a consistently high-quality coffee
• Maintaining stock levels and keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Setting, adjusting, and calibrating coffee machines and grinders
• Performing daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step-down procedures

About You

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience alongside a formal barista qualification
• Hold a valid Blue Card (essential for working in a school environment)
• Strong technical coffee skills paired with a warm, engaging barista personality
• Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities
• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
