  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety (HACCP) standards
  • Act as a key escalation point for operational matters and support stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, and team development

The Benefits

  • Structured 8:6 FIFO roster supporting work-life balance
  • Access to modern village facilities, including gyms, pools, and recreation amenities
  • Comprehensive onboarding through our industry-leading training academy
  • Ongoing leadership development and career progression opportunities
  • Flights, accommodation, meals, and uniforms provided
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers
  • Competitive salary packaging, including salary sacrifice options and lifestyle benefits

We are looking for leaders who combine strong commercial, operational, and people leadership capability, with the ability to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performing site operations while building trusted stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.
