ESS Defence delivers food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We provide high quality dining and event services that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or events experience who enjoy leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and working in a structured environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and deliver functions and events
• Lead and support team members during service
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
• Support daily dining and hospitality operations
• Ensure high quality service, presentation and customer experience
• Assist with team training and operational compliance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or event supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication and leadership ability
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Current RSA or willingness to obtain
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain (company funded)
• Valid driver's licence and full working rights
