ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.
We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our teams at Holsworthy Super Mess and Moorebank Area – Junior Rank Mess. These full-time positions are ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for stable employment in a supportive and structured environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support kitchen and hospitality operations as required
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised and customer-focused
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
