Chef de Partie - Full-Time

$75,000 Annual Base (negotiable) + 12% Superannuation

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to take a lead role in our brand-new café  delivering first-class culinary experience based in Barangaroo, Sydney, where you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm. You will help with the strategic initiative to enhance the workplace experience and support the client’s vision of becoming Australia's employer of choice. The café is dedicated to producing exceptional breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go offerings using the highest quality local produce.  

THE POSITION

  • Deliver exceptional café-style breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go offerings, ensuring outstanding quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a strong focus on nutrition, healthy eating, and seasonal menu innovation using high-quality local produce.
  • Champion food safety and allergen management, ensuring all compliance standards are met while maintaining a safe dining experience for customers.
  • Maintain the highest food quality standards, ensuring efficient production and consistent execution without compromising food safety requirements.

THE PERSON

  • Chef’s Trade Qualification essential.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven professional, capable of thriving independently while leading by example.
  • Strong operational expertise across all aspects of café and kitchen management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
  • Committed to the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP compliance.
