THE POSITION

• Deliver excellent food service in a professional corporate office environment, ensuring buffet stations and catering areas are well-presented and fully stocked
• Work closely with our Chefs to assist with food preparation and support the smooth delivery of daily catering services
• Monitor Front of house areas throughout the service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas, including dishwashing and cleaning of equipment
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and stock rotation to ensure efficient daily operations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times

THE PERSON 

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, kitchen hand, or catering roles is highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with regular customers
• High OH&S standards
• Able to work independently and confidently manage responsibilities during shifts
• Experience with basic food preparation, including salad bar and buffet setup
• Able to fulfill afternoon shifts as advertised
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude, with a fun personality that contributes to a great team culture
