Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.

We’re looking for a fun, energetic and bubbly barista to join our corporate café team. Shifts vary between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll make great coffee, provide friendly service and happily jump in to help the team wherever needed.

You’ll be working in a brand-new, freshly refurbished space with a lively atmosphere. The venue will host a range of events, activations and outdoor BBQs, making every week a little different and creating a fun environment to be part of.

THE POSITION

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
• Provide warm, friendly and efficient customer service
• Keep the coffee station, café area and equipment clean, organised and well stocked
• Handle orders and payments accurately
• Support the wider team with food service, restocking, cleaning and other tasks as required

THE PERSON

• Previous barista experience, with confidence using a commercial espresso machine
• Strong coffee-making and milk-texturing skills; latte art is highly regarded
• A fun, energetic and bubbly personality with a genuine love of customer service
• A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a busy team environment
• Availability for varying shifts between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
